Cantilever Rack system
Cantilever racking was developed as an ingenious storage solution for long, panelized and awkward goods that are not compatible with standard shelving systems. Unlike the pallet rack, there is no issue with the placement of the upright posts since you can place items directly on the arms providing unrestricted access along the whole width of the rack. The design of this product is simple but solid enough. Vertical profiles are screwed into horizontal base feet forming a strong support that provides stability and resistance. In addition, they have holes in 100 mm intervals where arms can be fixed and easily adjusted whenever necessary depending on the type of items.
The arms themselves are mounted horizontally through these holes and are firmly fastened from the rear by backing plates. It allows keeping the arms in place regardless of the weight of stored items without requiring any complicated procedure or special tools. In this way, the whole storage system will provide convenient access and efficient usage of space.
